Empowering ladies to
retire in abundance via multiple streams of income

I was born in Cottingham, just outside Kingston-upon-Hull (or 'ull) as the locals call it.... and graduated from the Hull College of Higher Education with a degree in Business/Secretarial Studies. Straight after graduating, I shot down to Windsor to work at the Theatre Royal, Windsor, as theatre had become my passion.

Venturing into London's West End, I became a part of a PR & Promotions company that worked with minor celebrities to promote various products.  Here, through a fortunate twist of fate, I crossed paths with Billy Marsh, a prominent Theatrical Agent representing well-known talents like Norman Wisdom, Morecambe & Wise, and Bruce Forsyth. I was very lucky to be offered work as his PA and this experience granted me unique insights into the world of entertainment.

As time went on, my desire to chart my own course grew stronger. "Jae Moss Enterprises" was born, an agency that provided support to emerging musical theatre performers fresh out of stage school. One of these talents, Victoria Aadams-Wood, would later become globally recognized as Posh Spice, or as you know her now, Victoria Beckham.

In May 2004 I had decided I needed to get back up North to be nearer my parents as my mum had become a poorly lady and dad needed me to be around more often.

It was then I met a bronzed god in the gym and told him on our second date that I was going to be moving away.  He wasn't going to be put off that easily tho and on a recce back in Yorkshire he told me to stop the car and asked if I would be his wife if he came up to live in Yorkshire with me.  Obviously I said yes as we were married in 2006.

We went on to explore all manner of businesses together - a coffee shop/delicatessen, sold model helicopters at shows round the country all amidst various online ventures, the latter of which I still do today.

We now live in a little hamlet in a log cabin with our two cats and Romanian Rescue pooch, a perfect setting for my biggest passion outside of business - metal detecting.

While my focus is on helping women navigate the challenges posed by the extended retirement age, I welcome all individuals who share my vision.

By fostering financial independence, holistic well-being, and a sense of purpose, I aim to empower women to retire on their own terms, financially secure and thriving in both body and mind.
